  • Strongly support legislation that assures consumer protection and a level playing field for members in distribution of integrated financial services. As well as push for better policing of existing laws & regulations.
  • Dramatically increase member involvement in political fund-raising and Association awareness.
  • Enhance the competitive position of members by having common & competitive advertising avenues for its members.
  • Assist members to prosper in the marketplace.
  • Grow the business of independent agents and insurance brokers who serve inner city and ethnically diverse communities in California by fully implementing urban opportunity programs.
  • Tailor our products, services and programs to respond to the many different voices and needs within the membership that expect to be heard and fulfilled.
  • Assume a leadership role in helping our members exceed their customers' expectations through the continuous improvement of industry procedures, products and services. Explore and advocating technologies that improve the efficiency of insurance product delivery.
  • Emphasize in our education programming information, tools and business practices that will lead members to improved performance and results.
